Shipping Information and Returns Policy

Shipments go directly from the manufacturer, located in Rome, Georgia; Fabius, New York; Williston, Vermont; or from a central warehouse in Plainfield, Illinois, to our customers (saving you $$$!)  and should be shipped in two to ten business days (depending on warehouse stock).  The average shipping time is two to three business days.  We ship by a number of carriers including UPS, DHL, FED/EX Ground, and USPS. Please allow up to three weeks delivery dependent upon your location.

Defective items will be replaced at no charge to the customer upon return receipt of the defective merchandise.  Return shipping costs will either be prepaid (return tag will be provided in some instances) or refunded (copy of receipt is required) depending on shipping and return location.If you receive a defective item contact us within 5 days of receipt at customerservice@sonrack.com .  (Due to the nature of our product defective items are very rare.)  No returns will be accepted without prior notification and authorization. 

Returns for any other reason are accepted with a 15% restocking fee.  Refund will be made once the manufacturer has received the shipment.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling fees.

Unfortunately, laser engraved or personalized merchandise is not returnable.
